Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Any exceptions will be notified via email.
  • Deliveries of all orders will be processed based on the given Shipping address, in case of any concern pls write to us : hastavem@gmail.com within 24hours of placing the order.
  • Shipping occurs during normal business days(Mon – Fri)

Returns

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
  • Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 
  • Refunds will be initiated if we are unable to process a particular product from  your entire order.You can also replace it for another Product 🙂
  • Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date.
